ABSEE ENTERPRISE (202403245983) ("ABSEE", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we receive when you visit absee.store or order from us, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

You can browse absee.store without giving us any personal details. We only receive your name, phone number, delivery address, logo or other details when you choose to send them to us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, to ask for a quote or place an order.

Your quote list is saved only in the browser on your own device. It is not sent to us until you press Send on WhatsApp.

To process, produce and deliver your order
To reply to your enquiries and give after-sales support
To improve our products and service

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone. We only share it with delivery partners when needed to deliver your order.

3. Cookies, Facebook and Google

Our website may use cookies and tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, such as the Meta Pixel, Google Ads and Google Analytics. They collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and buttons pressed, to measure our advertising and show you relevant ads on other websites and apps. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Google accounts.

4. Your rights

Terms of Service

1. Quotes and prices

Prices on this website are a guide. We confirm the final price, artwork and delivery date with you on WhatsApp before production.

2. Custom artwork

We prepare a free design and mockup for your approval. Please check all wording, spelling, names and logos carefully. Once you approve the artwork and production starts, no further changes can be made, and we are not responsible for errors in artwork you have approved.

3. Colours and finishing

Product photos are for illustration only. Actual colours and finishing may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings and material batches.

4. Payment and cancellation

A deposit may be required to confirm your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

5. Lead time and delivery

Lead time is 5–12 days from the day you confirm your order. We deliver across Malaysia.

6. Broken items

If any item arrives broken, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will replace it for free.

7. Changes to products, prices and terms

We may change our products, designs, prices, promotions and these terms at any time without notice. The terms shown on this page when you confirm your order apply to that order.
